PRE-COLLEGE & YOUTH
OUTREACH CONFERENCE
The University of Michigan and Michigan State University’s shared commitment to elevating
college access led to the creation of the statewide Pre-College and Youth Outreach Conference
(PCC). PCC strives to serve as the premiere resource for higher education pre-college
professionals to learn, connect and network with colleagues across the state and beyond. With
CEO’s support, this annual conference is led by a different university each year as a way to
continue statewide dialogue on timely outreach topics and empower change-makers in higher
education. PCC highlights the work of the public colleges and universities and the work of the
conference attendees. It provides a space to learn from each other and unites efforts to
exponentially increase college success.
