CCSI Returns In Person
CCSI moves online to Canvas, U-M’s learning management
system. Fellows are introduced to MUMSI, UMSI’s squirrel
mascot, and earn acorns (points) by joining faculty-led Zoom
sessions and asynchronous online discussion boards.

DEI Office Launched
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office at UMSI is
established. Additional staff is hired to manage educational
outreach, including CCSI and K-12 connections.
