SPOTLIGHT
Ross SBA partnered with CEO by utilizing its innovative Youth Hub application and review tool.
This partnership revolutionized the application process, enabling SBA to grow, innovate, and
make a lasting difference in the lives of countless students. Each year in the partnership, SBA
saw its application numbers skyrocket with more diverse students applying. Moreover, the
review tool empowered SBA to conduct innovative review rounds. As a result, SBA has been
able to present valuable application data to Ross stakeholders, providing deep insights and
fostering informed decision-making. SBA also collaborated closely to thoughtfully analyze its
application data, identifying opportunities for students who may not fit SBA but still hold great
potential. This approach allowed SBA to extend its impact and support a broader range of
young talents. CEO and SBA presented on their partnership and best practices at a Summer
Programs Series event and at a Michigan Pre-College & Youth Outreach Conference.
