The Faculty Outreach Ambassador Award, established in 2019, recognizes faculty members who have made
exceptional contributions to advancing educational outreach both on campus and beyond. In 2024, this award was
renamed the Robert M. Sellers Faculty Outreach Ambassador Award to celebrate Dr. Sellers' remarkable
commitment to fostering faculty engagement in educational outreach, and his unwavering dedication to championing
diversity, equity and inclusion in academia.
