Provost Report for Summer Programs: Created a report for the Provost and
Deans that detailed K-12 summer programs, enabling campus resources to be
leveraged to support the transition to virtual programming.

ENGAGEMENT
Virtual UOC Events: Organized 11 events with an average attendance of 60
participants per event, achieving a 65% return rate and a 25% increase in
community of practice membership.
Virtual SPS Events: Held 3 events with an average attendance of 65 participants
per event, achieving a 52% return rate and a 45% increase in community of
practice membership.
Virtual Faculty Forum: Hosted 4 events with an average of 74 attendees per
event, resulting in a 35% return rate and a 40% increase in community of practice
membership.
Spotlight: CEO’s already-scheduled faculty forum event on sustainable funding
became CEO’s first virtual event, taking place on Zoom on March 26, 2020. The
success of this event resulted in CEO successfully moving its events into the
virtual space and creating resources to enable others on campus to do so as well.
